Annette van Trigt is a Dutch research journalist, filmmaker and director.
She started her career as a host of several national radio programs. Later she became anchor of Dutch national television programs NOS Studio Sport and NOS News. Annette is currently working on two new films. Her film The Story of Totilas was rewarded with a Winnie Award for best international documentary at the Equus Filmfestival in New York in 2017. Her documentaries recently released “The last Whalers of São Miguel” “Golden Genes” “Foul Play” “Obstacles” and “the Story of Totilas” are now available on iTunes, Google Play and Amazon.
